Every project begins with thoughtful research, visual exploration, and brainstorming to establish a strong creative direction. From there, Jess develops sketches to refine composition and concept before moving into color studies and final artwork.
While she primarily illustrates digitally using industry-leading creative tools, she also incorporates traditional drawing and painting techniques when a project calls for a handcrafted touch. Whether working digitally or traditionally, every illustration is created with careful attention to storytelling, color, and detail to deliver artwork that is both distinctive and impactful.
